Staxero ("we," "our," "us," or "Staxero") prepared this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have when using our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve user experience. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly if disabled.
6. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
You may delete Stax profiles from your dashboard. Deletion removes associated cards, field answers, and attachments from active systems. Limited backup copies may persist for a short period before being purged. Contact us at support@staxero.com for account-level deletion requests.

7. Information from Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or older where required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can remove it.
